Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card within a year. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel left the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance to get her college degree. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very proud of the result. This is not a surprise since she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. It is common to warm up prior to an actual training. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
